Solid State High Frequency Welder Overview

Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) is the main way of steel pipe manufacturing industry,and high frequency welder is the core equipment of this production process. At present, the vacuum tube high frequency has been basically replaced by the solid state (transistor) high frequency, and the solid state high frequency power supply is basically based on the following principles:

3 Phase(A B C)-Rectifying-Pulsating DC-Smooth DC-Inverter-High frequency AC-Resonance-Output

According to the technical principle, structure, and key components of solid state high frequency, it is divided into a variety of:

1. According to the principle of inverter resonance: parallel resonance and series resonance. As shown below:

3. According to the rectifier type: SCR rectifier, diode + IGBT
