Bundy tube is a small-diameter double-layer welded tube with a diameter of 3-12.7mm, generally made of low-carbon steel. It was invented by Bundy from Ford Motor Company in Detroit, the United States in the early 1930s, hence the name Bundy tube. Bundy tube has the advantages of high dimensional accuracy, uniform wall thickness, small eccentricity, good processing performance, strong pressure and vibration fatigue resistance, strong rust resistance, and easy plating. It is mainly used as a liquid and gas guide tube for automobiles and refrigerators. This kind of tube is mainly used in automobiles, tractors and freezers.Bundy tube is formed by cold-rolled strip steel sheet rolling, welding and galvanizing.
